After years in clinical nursing, our founder made the transition to Legal Nurse Consulting — initially part-time, quickly full-time. The proof of concept was real: clinical expertise had significant legal value, and attorneys were actively seeking qualified RNs to help them navigate medical cases.
Colleagues and friends kept asking how to make the transition. The existing resources were fragmented — heavy on certification, light on the actual business skills needed to find clients, write reports, and build a sustainable practice. Most nurses who tried to go it alone got stuck before landing their first case.
The LNC Launch Academy curriculum was developed to solve the real gaps: on-demand video content covering fundamentals, real work product templates attorneys actually want, live virtual mentorship to keep you accountable, and a Mastermind Community so you're never building alone. Certificate and 30 CE credits included.
The LNC Launch Academy launched publicly, welcoming the first cohort of students. Early graduates began landing attorney clients within weeks of completing the program, validating the practice-first approach. Word spread through the nursing community and the Mastermind Community began to grow.
The network has grown to 400+ nurses across the country. Alumni are running active LNC practices, earning on their terms, and many are now mentoring newer students within the community. The mission hasn't changed: get every enrolled nurse to their first client, and keep supporting them after.
