The Website is provided by Expert Content Group, Inc. dba RNHomeOffice ("RNHomeOffice," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using this Website, purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any course, participating in any community, or accessing any RNHomeOffice materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Website, enroll in any course, purchase any product or service, or access any RNHomeOffice materials.
Your use of the Website is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results, now and in the future. Access to any course, program, digital content, or member resource purchased through RNHomeOffice.com begins when access is granted through the RNHomeOffice platform. The Access Date is the date the course, program, or digital content becomes available to the purchaser through the platform, regardless of when the purchaser chooses to begin reviewing the material.
Course access periods vary by plan. Access begins on the Access Date and expires automatically at the end of the applicable period unless otherwise approved in writing by RNHomeOffice. Continued access after expiration requires repurchase.
Unless otherwise specified, a six-week access period means six consecutive calendar weeks beginning on the Access Date. Any live discussion sessions, group coaching calls, or live support described as "6 weeks" means a continuous six-week period from the Access Date and does not guarantee a specific number of individual sessions.
Students are responsible for reserving their live discussion meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session. Failure to reserve within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of that opportunity. Missed live discussions are not refundable, transferable, or extendable unless otherwise stated by RNHomeOffice.
Any one-on-one consultation sessions included as part of a course must be scheduled and completed within one year from the Access Date. Unused sessions not scheduled and completed within one year automatically expire without refund, credit, or extension unless otherwise approved in writing.
You may access course content for personal use only. You may not:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). By agreeing to a subscription or payment plan, you authorize recurring billing and accept responsibility for all charges according to your enrollment agreement.
Payment plans are available only for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold course packages. The Success Essentials course is not eligible for payment plan options and must be purchased in full at the time of enrollment.
Students may enroll by making an initial payment equal to fifty percent of the total course tuition. The remaining fifty percent balance will automatically be charged thirty days after the initial payment date. Students receive immediate access to course materials after the initial payment.
Payments automatically process weekly. Course content is released incrementally. The first module becomes available after the first four successful weekly payments and thirty days have elapsed from the initial payment. Additional modules release approximately every thirty days thereafter, provided all payments remain current.
Enrollment in a payment plan is a commitment to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to access or complete the course does not relieve the purchaser of payment obligations. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment plans do not create a subscription service and do not permit unilateral cancellation of remaining installments once access has been granted.
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated after access has been granted may result in immediate termination of course and community access pending resolution. If you believe there is a billing error, contact our support team immediately at hello@rnhomeoffice.com.
All sales made on RNHomeOffice.com are final, except where a specific written satisfaction guarantee applies. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that no refund will be provided unless expressly allowed under the applicable guarantee.
A money-back guarantee is available for the following courses: Success Essentials, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The guarantee is not available with discounted items.
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Refunds will be prorated for the seven days of access and reduced by original transaction fees, including credit card processing fees.
